Shipping and Refund Policy
We offer a 100% RISK Free Purchase with a 30-Day Guarantee on all products from the time of receipt. If the items are incorrect, damaged, or do not match the description we will FULLY refund you.
If there is a problem with your product, simply take a photo and send to us (with your order number) to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
1 - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Note that it sometimes takes a few days for a payment to be posted in your account.
2- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Refunds are generally approved for the reasons mentioned above. Refunds due to any other reasons may not be approved.
Generally, you are not required to return an item if something is wrong with it as it will simply be refunded as per the refund policy.
In certain few cases, if a return is required, please reach us first at email@example.com so we can advise to which address should the items be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer:
1- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To return your product, you should contact us prior to return the item to confirm the shipment address with us.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
